Wilmington, NC – Lower Cape Fear LifeCare is offering a no-cost grief workshop in Wilmington for those who have lost a loved one to learn about relaxation and stress management techniques.
The workshop will be held Friday, Feb. 7, 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Phillips LifeCare & Counseling Center, 1414 Physicians Drive in Wilmington. It will focus on coping mechanisms and healthy ways to deal with stress through progressive relaxation, meditation and art. Pre-registration is required; call 910-796-7991 to register.
