Ocean Isle Beach, NC –We have a busy summer season coming up at the Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium and are seeking the help of more volunteers!
Volunteers are needed at both of our facilities to help us run our front desks, gift shops, greet visitors, and additionally to help monitor our interactive exhibits. Volunteers will assist with answering questions about the marine animals, our exhibits, being a docent with our historical information and volunteers may also take part in our educational programs!
All volunteers receive training from staff members. There is always a staff member on duty to help volunteers if help is needed. Volunteers can sign up for as little or as many hours as they wish and for whatever days they wish. Flexible hours, amazing coworkers, and interacting with the public in a fun and educational way make volunteering an appealing opportunity.
