Ocean Isle Beach, NC – At 6:00 pm on June 25th, Join the Museum of Coastal Carolina for our summer sand bar lecture series as we present the Wild Horses of the East Coast hosted by Suzanne Inmen!
Suzanne is the co-founder of the Wild Horse Preserve that is a non-profit organization at Grayce Wynds Farm, a 30 acre horse farm near Holden Beach. Sue is a retired educator who served as a health and PE teacher as well as a counselor. In addition to her vocational contributions she is also a writer and a church pianist. Having recorded a CD as well as publishing many books, Sue finds passion in education through connection and inspiration. During this program Suzanne will talk about the wild horses of the East Coast, her non-profit organization, and then open the floor up for questions and discussion. There will be DVD’s and books available for anyone interested in learning more information or for purchase.
The Sandbar Lecture Series is sponsored in-part by OIB Surf and Java providing coffee to all who attend. The Museum of Coastal Carolina is located at 21 East Second Street, Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Admission to the museum is free for members, active duty military and disabled veterans plus up to one guest, must include military ID cardholder. Non-member all-day admission is $9.50 for adults, $8.50 for seniors, $7.50 for children (3-12), and free for age 2 and under.
