We’ve got a great week ahead and we’re kicking it off with exciting growth in our business community!

We’re thrilled to welcome Edward Jones to the Brunsco Chamber family! Please join us for their official ribbon cutting on Monday, January 22 at 12:00 PM. Stop by 925 Seaside Rd. SW in Ocean Isle Beach to meet the team, learn more about their services, and help us celebrate this milestone.

Norman has been found!

As many of you know, we introduced “Norman the Networking Gnome” to our members at this months PERKS meeting. Norman went to play hide and seek at a local business and we posted a little riddle to help with the search. Steve Grumbach with SG Voiceovers found him!

Annual Membership Meeting

Annual Membership Meeting – January 27, 2026

This is our biggest Chamber gathering of the year. Join us as we look back on 2025 accomplishments and share goals and opportunities for 2026.

Save the date for one of our favorite nights of the year. Wine, Women, & Chocolate is back on March 4, 2026.

Plan for an evening of shopping, sweet treats, and time well spent with friends.

Tickets are $50 and include event admission, one drink ticket, one raffle ticket, shopping, food, and plenty of chocolate.

We are now accepting raffle basket donations and dessert sponsorships for this year’s Wine, Women and Chocolate event.

Raffle Basket Donors Receive:
• Two event tickets
• Two drink tickets
• Two raffle tickets
• Recognition on social media, the Chamber website, and at the event

Baskets must be valued at $150 or more and securely wrapped.
No single items allowed.
Include an itemized list and a few promotional materials or a business card.

Dessert Sponsorships – $250
Includes tickets, drinks, raffle entries, and full event recognition.

To participate, deliver baskets to the Chamber office by February 27, 2026.

Baskets of Love – For Autumn Care of Shallotte

Baskets of Love is a Heart of Brunswick community initiative bringing comfort, connection, and dignity to nursing home residents at Autumn Care in Shallotte this Valentine’s season.
Each basket is thoughtfully assembled with items that offer warmth, encouragement, and a reminder that someone cares. Your support helps ensure every resident feels remembered and valued.

As we move into the second full week of January, our Brunsco business community continues to start the year strong. This week brings another opportunity to come together, support local, and celebrate the growth happening across Brunswick County.

We invite you to join us on Tuesday, January 13 at 4:00 PM for the Riccobene Dentistry Ribbon Cutting at 9869 Ocean Hwy W, Suite 1 & 2 in Carolina Shores. Ribbon cuttings are a great way to show support for our members, make connections, and welcome new businesses into our Chamber family.
